D, How to use
Disconnect other systems that are not related to the cooling coil and connect cleaning tank, cleaning pumps and cooling coil into a closing loop of cleaning.
Chemical cleaning Process:
Water flushing → pickling and descaling → water flushing → passivation treatment
4.1 Water flushing (leak detection)
The purpose of water flushing is to check the leakage of the cleaning system in the simulated cleaning state, and to remove the loose dirt in the coil. When the outlet flushing water is visually free of large particulate impurities, the water rinse ends.
4.2 Pickling and descaling
After the water rinse, the "heat exchanger cleaning Agent" is added in the cleaning tank to control the concentration of the main agent in the 3~6%, the temperature in the range of 50~60℃, in the system for circulating cleaning decontamination, cleaning time of about 2-3 hours. 4.3 Water flushing, waste liquid treatment

4.4 Passivation treatment

4.5 Cleaning effect
